The 14-foot by 20-foot deck on this home was rarely used in the summer because of the extreme heat of its southern exposure. The Four Seasons Sunrooms Design Consultant who visited suggested a solid roof series 230 Patio Great Room to match the existing architecture of the home at a
minimal expense. This model room, with matching shingle roof and vinyl siding, integrates so well with the original design of the home, it looks like it was built at the same time as the rest of the house. Of course, the wrap-arround MC Wonderglass™ windows with full screens keep the room cool and comfortable year-round..

The low eave of their existing roof naturally called for the low roof pitch only Four Seasons Series 330 curved eave sunroom could meet.

With wrap-arround windows of MC Wonderglass™, and full screens, the homeowner enjoys airy cross-breezes on moderate days, but can close them tight for air-conditioned or heated comfort when more extreme temperatures prevail.

By using this one of Four Seasons hundreds of models and configurations, the once unused deck has become a beautiful sunlight-filled bedroom addition that is used every day of the year.
