Together; with you the homeowner, they will measure to create a set of plans showing your home exactly how it sits on your property. The sets of plans will show every room in your home as it is. The "Home Optimization Plan" will show all options and restrictions that apply to your home. This will include all landscape issues as well. All fencing and wall requirements will be listed. This service is perfect if you would like to know your options, yet you don't want one of our designers there to just sell you or price out one project. That service is free and invaluable as you will find the one or two projects you want to proceed with. Then is the time to have a designer on hand.
