Built a free standing all glass wall sunroom to accentuate the city views.
The goal was to build a floating room that allowed you the sense of being outside from every vantage point in the room, yet be totally protected from the elements. The challenge was getting the room to meet the stringent earthquake codes here in California. The Four Seasons 230 room met all the clients needs and the codes for structural aspects.
