This homeowner is a retired teacher that relocated and lives by UCR. She rents out a few rooms in her house to students and was looking to add a new open room that could be used year round. She contacted Sun Boss and several other companies and hired Sun Boss to install a new 230 Four seasons Sunroom on her home. Price was an issue but she wanted the quality and comfort that comes from a Four Seasons Sunroom. Sun Boss handled everything from design, engineering, permit to final build.
