A Southern California home is not complete without a room where the family can get together and share relaxing and recreational hours. This particual Murrieta homeowner always wanted to have a reading and relaxing room in addition to the family room.
The clients discussed their expectations with Sun Boss and told the contractors that they were interested in looking at a Georgian conservatory design for their room addition. Sun Boss immediately designed the patio around the new Four Seasons Georgian Conservatory and even built a patio cover off of the conservatory for a nice shaded area next to the room. Both the conservatory room addition and patio cover were designed in such a way to look like they were built originally with the house. The clients were awed at how Sun Boss took managed the designing, engineering, permitting and final build out of the project.
