This couple that built their dreamhouse in Lake Elsinore over 20 years ago, did so because they wanted to take advantage of their private beach and the beautiful lake views. Over the years it became evident that in order to be outside on their deck or the patio, it was limited to about half the year. Cold evenings and hot summer days made patio entertaining problematic. They were considering adding on a basic patio room up on the deck and over the existing patio off their living area. The concern was whether a 2 season room would really allow them year round enjoyment of both areas. Research brought them to Sun Boss and considering building a conventional room up on the deck, and a Four Seasons Sunroom on the main patio. Permitting issues can always be tricky in some counties or cities, but after great investment and research into all options, the clients decided to invest in the structure so it would allow year round comfort, and last the life of the house.
As you can see these two additions will completely alter the day to day enjoyment of their incredible view.
