This beachfront home was built with a true southern flair by its original owner who moved to Sunset cliffs in Riverside, CA from Alabama. The client was looking to add a music room/studio below and a game room/ocean view room for sunsets off of their exisiting garage. The client wanted the new addition to look as if it were built with the house and was willing to spare no expense in achieving this.
Sun boss deigned and engineered a Sytem 4 Georgian Conservatory to sit on top of an all glass system 8 wall unit below, all Four Seasons Sunrooms materials. On the clients research his architect wound up selecting Four Seasons due to the performance of the glass and wall systems as well as the incredible appearance it afforded on the outside. Once again Sun Boss delivered a masterful project on time and on budget for the most discriminating of clients…the photos speak volumes to the artistry when a unit is designed and built accordingly.
