When this home in Southern California first caught the eye of its owners, they knew they were in for the opportunity of their lives. They had great views and the huge backyard was a beauty to see.
John and Catalina wanted to be able to enjoy these awesome views that they get from the deck of their Redlands home. However, the temperature outside the deck is either too hot or too cold that making it less enjoyable for them and their visitors.
Some contractors they know personally referred them to Sun Boss, and the couple called Sun Boss to discuss the problem.
Sun Boss’ Erik Schmitt saw the deck and designed a room that would give them an incredible home office/gym/sitting area off of the master bedroom. The design was simple enough, yet it brought the views in, and the overall service was affordable. Sun Boss is equipped with years of experience in designing and engineering projects to exceed all local building codes as well as deal with seismic and lateral requirements that come into play with second story sunrooms or additions. With this project, Sun Boss engineered the deck and made the few upgrades necessary to follow standards, then utilized a beautiful Four Seasons 230 Sun & Shade Sunroom. John and Catalina were more than happy to finally getting the most of their all year-round!
