This client was seeking a whole house addition, an addition that would go from the kitchen and provide a nice nook off of the kitchen yet also provide a gaming room with pool table on one end and fireplace and living area in between all. The goal was to allow all rooms of the house feed into this new “Great Room”. The use of rock tied the existing architecture into the new room as well, truly making it an outdoor/ indoor room. The use of the glass really worked to pull the beauty of the backyard into the room. These oversized ranch style lots allow for much larger additions. Sun Boss utilized the straight eave 230 Sun & Stars room from Four Seasons Sunrooms line of additions. This Murietta home was totally transformed with this unique addition.
