The owners of this home in Yucaipa, Ca have always been awed by the incredible views that come from the deck of their beautiful house. However, with Southern California being mostly desert, there are days that are too hot, and nights that are too cold to enjoy their second story deck. The homeowners wanted to improve their home instead of moving out so they called the Sun Boss design team who came out with a design of a second story sunroom or all glass deck enclosure with a balcony deck.
The build converted these two unusable outdoor spaces into a year-round retreat that allows outdoor living indoors with the 230 Sun and Stars second story addition with the 230 walls underneath the deck. The homeowners were so happy to have their dream home on their dream location with a breathtaking view that could finally be enjoyed all year long.
