Something designed and well thought off can become very versatile, just like the outdoor patio of this home in Moreno Valley.
This Sun Boss customer bought the original patio cover from Sun Boss 15 years ago, with the intention of enclosing it someday. Fortunately, the client had invested in an insulated roof and laid the patio cover out to be enclosed readily. Now with a few grandchildren, the time had come to enclose the patio they had enjoyed all these years and turn it into a patio room. To complete the project, Sun Boss also designed a new patio area to the side to take the place of the area that had always been their patio. Sun Boss utilized the ImperialWood open lattice patio system as well in this design to pull it all together.
The Four Seasons 230 Sun and Shade room turned an outdoor patio into a great indoor addition while preserving all the views of the beautiful pool and yard area. The client had considered moving out but decided they loved the neighbourhood and after weighing in on the cost of selling, buying and moving, they designed a room and yard of their dreams.
